Validity of the Agreement

The member has a "password" to be determined by himself in the Sundu Bicycle virtual store.

The "Password" is known only to the member and he can change his password at any time. The choice and protection of the password is the sole responsibility of the member. Sundu Bicycle is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of passwords.

Member's obligations

• Sundu Bicycle will not be responsible for information, messages and files that will be lost and/or incomplete, sent to the wrong address during their publication, not to change the software in any way, not to use the ones that are known to have been changed, and to pay all material and moral damages that Sundu Cycling may suffer in cases where it does not comply with the aforementioned articles,
• Not to send messages that are threatening, immoral, racist, contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements,

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Members accept that all purchases made are for personal use and not for resale.

Taxation

All transactions arising from legal changes that will occur outside the scope of this contract are outside the responsibility of Sundu Bicycle and are reflected in the contract exactly.

Product Delivery

If the member cannot be found at the address specified in the system during the product delivery process by courier, a visit note is left to the member by the courier staff. If the member calls within three days, the delivery is made to the same address for a fee. If the member does not call within three days, the product is considered not ordered.
